MoI Organizes Two Workshops to Introduce the Incentives Policy

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) represented by the Employees Performance Appraisal Department at the Directorate General of Human Resources, recently organized two workshops titled “Incentives Policy”. The workshops were held at the Federal Police School in Sharjah and the Technical Institute at the Electronics and Telecommunications Services Directorate General.
Captain Omar Ateeq Al Dhaheri, Head of the Job Motivation Section at the Employees Performance Appraisal Department, presented a detailed overview of the incentives policy and underlined the department’s keenness to reward outstanding staff members. “This gesture would reflect positively on performance, increase productivity, and achieve interaction between staff members, thus prompting them to work with excellence and perfection to achieve the MoI’s vision, mission and goals,” he said.
The two workshops were attended by a number of staff members from the police general headquarters and various departments of the Ministry.
