(hereinafter “Fujirebio”) today announced that Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc., a subsidiary of Fujirebio, has acquired all shares of Plasma Services Group, Inc. (hereinafter “Plasma Services Group”). The transaction value has not been disclosed.
