Parse Biosciences Invalidates Scale Biosciences (now 10x Genomics) Patent

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Parse Biosciences, a leading provider of accessible and scalable single cell sequencing solutions, today announced that the District Court for the District of Delaware has granted Parse’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Invalidity for Scale Biosciences’ 11,634,752 patent. The Court concluded that the claims of the ‘752 patent were invalid for lack of written description and lack of enablement.
